Byron Jerod Butler, 32, of Moscow, was arrested and booked for aggravated assault, misdemeanor malicious injury to property and attempted strangulation.
Angelle Kendall Lohr, 22, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for felony failure to appear.
Sept. 17
Shawn Michael Hart, 36, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor failure to carry proof of insurance.
John Hayden Gorman III, 47, of Rathdrum, was arrested and booked for felony warrant of arrest.
