Senior swimmer Chance Seeds is this week's Post Falls High Athlete of the Week. Chance broke the school record in the 500-yard freestyle last weekend, bettering his record from the state 6A championships in 2024 by one second and winning Saturday's race by 47 seconds (5 minutes, 5.44 seconds). He was also second in the 200 freestyle (1:53.12).
