KOVACS: Vote him out of office

I saw in Sunday’s Sept. 7 Press that our “esteemed” assessor, Bela Kovacs has adopted a “political policy” designed to preclude “his” employees from politically opposing him or supporting those who oppose him. Talk about outrageous! These are county employees so far as I know, not his personal fiefdom.  

This is one more reason to turn Bela out of office as soon as we can. I trust Bela does not revisit our assessment to punish me and my wife as he seems to want to do to anyone with the competency to replace him or to support someone with competency who can.
