RASMUSSEN: Strong advocate for kids

I am writing in support of Rick Rasmussen for Zone 1 in the Coeur d’Alene School District Board of Trustees race. I have known and worked with Rick for nearly 30 years, and throughout that time, he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to doing what is best for kids. He will be a strong and thoughtful advocate for District 271.

Rick’s years of service and community involvement are unmatched in Coeur d’Alene and Kootenai County. Born and raised here, he understands the values, priorities and needs of our community. As CEO of Northwest Specialty Hospital, Rick has shown his ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people to achieve positive outcomes. He listens carefully to input from others and strives to find balanced, effective solutions.
