Canopy Village receives $10,000 donation
Liberty Mutual and Safeco Insurance has officially awarded Coeur d'Alene Insurance Agency a 2025 Make More Happen Award for its dedicated partnership with Canopy Village, a nonprofit trauma-responsive safe haven that restores trust and hope for children and families facing abuse, neglect or crisis.
Initially, Coeur d'Alene Insurance Agency and Canopy Village received a $5,000 donation through the Liberty Mutual and Safeco Insurance 2025 Make More Happen Awards program for its partnership with Canopy Village. After their story was featured on the Make More Happen microsite, the community rallied with over 500 votes and comments — triggering a matching donation and bringing the total to $10,000.
