HIGHWAY 41: Is eminent domain imminent?

What’s going on by Highway 41 north of Rathdrum? Surveyors on private property. Laying out pins on private property. Huge ‘X’ signs that can be seen by drones. I tried to talk to the surveyors and they ran away from me. They have stakes out, that state issues about Highway 41 on private property. I am very suspicious that this is going to become an eminent domain situation that has already been decided by some inside players, and they have not informed the public. I think I need to call Jordan Redman and find out what is going on.
