Heritage Health has announced the new Executive Committee of its Board of Directors. These dedicated community leaders will help guide the organization through its next chapter of growth and impact, a press release said.
They are: Liz Montgomery, president; Paul Amador, vice president; Sarah Armstrong, secretary; and Brad Rasor, treasurer.
"Together, they bring deep experience and a shared commitment to Heritage Health’s mission to improve life for people across North Idaho," the press release said.
Mike Baker, CEO of Heritage Health, shared his appreciation for the new committee.
“Our board is exceptional,” said Baker. “Liz, Paul, Sarah and Brad lead with integrity and care. They understand what it means to serve others and strengthen our community. I’m grateful for their partnership in this work.”
Baker also thanked the outgoing executive committee for their service and steady leadership. That includes Jana Hull, president; Bruce Cyr, vice president; Paul Amador, secretary; and Carl McMinimy, treasurer.
“Jana, Bruce, Paul and Carl guided us through major growth and change,” said Baker. “Their commitment and compassion helped build the foundation we stand on today.”
