Blueprint for wellness
Charity Reimagined is hosting The Wellness Blueprint training Oct. 28 at North Idaho College.
It is open to the public and designed to support community members, especially those serving vulnerable populations, by equipping them with practical tools to strengthen all eight domains of wellness: physical, emotional, social, financial, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and occupational, according to a press release.
The training will feature a wide range of presentations, activities and discussions to help participants build resilience, support personal growth and enhance their ability to encourage wellness in others.
The main presentation will be led by Keith Orchard and RaeLynn Loken of the Coeur d’Alene School District on holistic wellness.
In addition, there will be a special presentation on financial wellness by Troy Braga of Merrill Lynch, offering practical strategies and resources for building financial resilience.
To further engage attendees, raffles will be offered throughout the day, each tied to one of the eight domains of wellness, giving participants the opportunity to take home tools and resources that reinforce the concepts taught.
Maggie Lyons, founder and president of Charity Reimagined, emphasized the transformational purpose of the training.
“The Wellness Blueprint is about more than personal well-being. It’s about equipping those who serve and those in need with tools to transform their own lives," she said. "When individuals strengthen all eight domains of wellness, they not only grow personally but are also empowered to create positive change in their families and communities.”
