Hospice of North Idaho sets Tree Lighting Ceremony

Hospice of North Idaho's 44th annual Tree Lighting Ceremony is scheduled from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday at its campus, 2290 W. Prairie Ave.

The tradition offers an evening of reflection, remembrance and connection for families and individuals who wish to honor their loved ones during the holiday season. It includes an indoor program, an outdoor walk and a keepsake ornament.

“During our memorial event, our goal is to offer those who are grieving in our community intentional time and space to honor, mourn and remember their loved ones, said Abigail Briggs, bereavement coordinator at Hospice of North Idaho.

This free event is open to the public, but registration is required.
