Post Falls cemetery slated for cleanup

The Post Falls cemetery division is preparing Evergreen Cemetery for the winter Monday, Dec. 8.

Lot owners need to remove non-seasonal decorations or any other items that are not connected to recent burials within the past week by this date.

Decorations left on cemetery lots that may interfere with winter maintenance will be removed and discarded in accordance with city cemetery regulations.

Lot owners with questions about specific decorations or needing clarification are encouraged to call the Evergreen Cemetery office at 208-777-4478.

Evergreen Cemetery remains open 24 hours a day, allowing lot owners to remove decorations at their convenience.
