Vehicle in fatal Plummer crash located
Idaho State Police have identified the vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run as a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado LT (Washington plate D71892H) registered to a residence in Spokane, Wash.
The Idaho State Police have located the vehicle involved in a fatal pedestrian crash that happened at U.S. 95 and D Street in Plummer on Friday evening.
The vehicle was identified as a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado LT with Washington plate D71892H, registered to a residence in Spokane, Wash., according to ISP.
The registered owner has not been confirmed as the driver, ISP said in a press release.
Witnesses reported that the pickup truck, driven by an unknown individual, was northbound when it struck a female pedestrian in the roadway and failed to stop.
The vehicle reportedly turned around and drove southbound on U.S. 95.
Life-saving measures were attempted on the pedestrian, but she succumbed to her injuries.
Idaho State Police wants to thank the public for all of the tips that came in following this incident.
