COEUR TERRE: Will overload streets

The impact of the Coeur Terre development on the Northshire/Indian Meadows neighborhoods will be catastrophic. 

Nez Perce and Appaloosa Streets cannot handle the traffic that will occur from this high-density development. These two roads T-bone into Atlas Road. The traffic on Atlas Road in that area is already backed up and congested. Coeur d’Alene’s City Council should take a drive sometime to see how awful it already has become. 

Northshire and Indian Meadows residents will suffer the consequences of this ill-thought-out plan to (mis)use our streets to funnel high amounts of traffic through our quiet neighborhoods. There are other avenues that can be implemented.
