Oct. 22

Forrest William McCoy III,63, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor probation violation.

Oct. 24

Jessica Lynn Dawson, 44, of Polson, Mont. was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terrence Richard Conlon II, 45, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for being a fugitive from justice.

Jaileyana L. Schwedler, 24, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Damon Leonard Spangle, 51, of Spokane Valley, was arrested and booked for use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 27

Kevin Clyde Derose III, 23, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for a probation violation. 

Joshua James Zachariasen, 41, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested and booked for felony out-of-state DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use and possession of an open container in a vehicle.

Shaun Elliott Altman, 46, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance, failure to register as a sex offender, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and frequenting a place where drugs/paraphernalia are present.

Oct. 29

Lawrence Zachary Snyder, 43, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and felony warrant of arrest.

Oct. 30

Austin Cole Clemens, 18, of Silverton, was arrested and booked for a felony probation violation.

Nov. 2

Christopher David Fogel, 44, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.
