COEUR D’ALENE — The Idaho State Police is seeking the public’s help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that occurred Friday about 12:30 p.m.
The incident took place in the westbound lanes of Interstate 90, just before the Fourth of July Pass Exit, within an active construction zone, a press release from ISP said.
