Sister, East Side Fire rescue man during cardiac arrest
Thanks to quick CPR work by his sister Michelle Lumper and a fast response by East Side Fire District, Chris Lane survived a respiratory episode that turned into cardiac arrest while visiting family March 16 on the east side of Lake Coeur d'Alene. The family presented an award to East Side Fire on May 24. HARRISON — A man who makes headstones for a living is sure glad his hasn't been carved out yet.
Chris Lane, 46, experienced a medical emergency March 16 while visiting family on the east side of Lake Coeur d'Alene. He began struggling to breathe during an asthmatic episode that turned into a cardiac arrest.
