TRUMP: Diplomacy is better

Tariffs can be good or bad, depending on what works for both sides. Why is Trump threatening 90 countries with tariffs, including our allies, friendly countries, and our neighboring countries all at once. Doesn’t it make more sense to start with China? Sit down with the other countries that we should be talking to, including India and others through diplomacy, not threats! Start talking with other countries of concern.

Why threaten Harvard University by taking away government funding for research and other programs. The smartest students in the “World” want to apply to Harvard because of their reputation and that it’s in the greatest country in the world. Harvard research has done so much for our country in many ways. Why take away having the smartest foreign students in the world not be here? Some want to stay here, which makes the United States of America stronger, not weaker.

Why threaten Canada not only in tariffs, but Trump saying Canada should be our 51st state? What about all of the Provinces, it would be bigger than Texas and Alaska combined. I have a friend from Canada telling me Trump brought the Canadians closer. Why tell Denmark we’re taking over Greenland, really? I’ve been to Denmark several times. The Danish people love Americans! Denmark would listen to what America has to offer. So, why not sit down and talk to them? Diplomacy is not only better than any threats, it’s the smart thing to do! Look up words “Authoritarianism” and “Narcissism.”
