RESPONSE: Cover-ups and women’s sports

Does our local paper side with Democrats bent on insurrection?

I imagine the writer of “WHY?” posted June 13, 2025, would agree.

In his letter, Mr. Hanson claims there’s a cover-up regarding Biden’s cognitive decline.

When I think of decline in the cognitive area, it’s not Joe who comes to mind. Not when I see the party in power get dupped by a “MS-13 tatoo” which was obviously text added by the Photoshop app.

Why are mothers and fathers getting taken down by heavily armed lawmen while we wonder where suspected murderer Travis Decker might show up?

As for “allowing men in women sports.” You seem bent on depicting gender roles as some plot only you’re savvy, too. (Putting men and women in their place seems to have the opposite effect.)

I used to be a big fan of figure skating and gymnastics. Now I love UFC champ Zhang Weili and All Star Catlin Clark. This change in me, watching women play sports like men, is that some devious politician’s plot as well?

Elon’s effort to cut spending fell flat on its face. Even Donald Trump admits Elon’s crazy and didn’t accomplish much. Elon admits he suffers from depression. He treats this calamity with horse tranquilizers and the recreational stuff (Yet legal in Idaho). Didn’t Tesla say enough is enough?

Isn’t formulating questions you already have scripted answers the easy way out? Isn’t that why our oil prices are up and the bang for our buck is down?
