THANKS: Roaring in the Funds a success

Lake City Center, Inc. would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all who supported the Roaring in the Funds Fundraiser in benefit of our Home Delivered Meals Program.

Thanks to your overwhelming generosity, we raised over $28,000, which will directly support the delivery of nutritious meals and wellness checks to homebound seniors in Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Hauser, Huetter and Dalton Gardens.

As many are aware, recent funding reductions have led the Area Agency on Aging to implement a waitlist for home-delivered meals. This means that qualified seniors are now facing delays in receiving critical nutritional support.

Because of the success of this fundraiser, Lake City Center is able to step in and ensure that no eligible senior in our community is left waiting for a meal. Your contributions will help us bridge the gap for those now on the waitlist, allowing us to maintain our commitment to serving all who qualify, without interruption.
