NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Aquifer Protection District Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26 The Kootenai County Aquifer Protection District Policy and Budget Committee will conduct a Public Hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code § 39-507, to solicit public comment regarding its proposed budget and work elements for Fiscal Year 2025-26. Following a short presentation by the Committee, citizens and cooperating agencies will have the opportunity to make comments regarding the Committee’s proposed budget and work elements for Fiscal Year 2025-26, which runs from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
