E-BIKES: Dangerous to pedestrians

On Sept. 6, 2022, my 63-year-old brother was struck and killed by an e-bike while walking on a pedestrian path in Marin County, Calif. His name was James Charles Gordon. The e-bike was traveling at maximum speed and was being driven by an adult who fled the scene leaving my brother to die alone. 

Yes, accidents happen, but shouldn’t we try to avoid them? Pedestrians and e-bikes don’t mix!
