FLOOD: Republicans don’t learn from mistakes

Ted Cruz says now is not the time for partisan attacks which is the standard knee jerk reactions by Republicans to national crises like the Texas floods and school shootings. Republicans rarely acknowledge their responsibility for any disasters in the U.S. which is good politics for them but bad for the people of this country because they never learn anything from their mistakes.
