'Adventure Awaits' at the Museum of North Idaho
A new exhibit is open at the Museum of North Idaho.

The Museum of North Idaho's newest exhibit, "Adventure Awaits: Outdoor Recreation in North Idaho," opened Thursday.
Described as a celebration of a century of outdoor adventure in the region, the exhibit runs through Sept. 27.
"This exhibit invites visitors to discover how North Idaho’s stunning natural landscape has shaped the way we live, play, and connect with the outdoors," a press release said.
From hiking and skiing to lake life and backcountry exploration, Adventure Awaits highlights the evolution of outdoor recreation through historic photographs and vintage gear.
The museum is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is at McEuen Park at the base of Tubbs Hill near City Hall.
