Brewers stand behind firefighters
Locals involved in the beer brewing industry are banding together to support the families of local firefighters after the Canfield Mountain shootings June 29. Among the brewery representatives meeting Monday, Danny Borgstrom, Lyndsie Doerr, Lloyd Cargo, Russell Mann, Brian Engdahl, Kevan McCrummen, Chelsey Borgstrom, Tim Reid, Isaac Mann, Spencer Howell and Bruce Herambourg were in attendance at Vantage Brewing.

COEUR d’ALENE — Red and blue brews will soon be populating menus at local breweries in support of the families of the firefighters affected by the Canfield Mountain shootings.
It takes about three weeks to brew a batch of beer, but local brewers quickly began working to channel their hurt on behalf of their community.
