The Downtown Core Working Group is continuing to evaluate development regulations and design guidelines for downtown Coeur d’Alene, and wants to keep the public up to speed on its findings.
"The desired outcome is to have clear and consistent standards that protect Coeur d’Alene’s identity while guiding growth in a thoughtful, responsible way," a press release said. "These standards will aim to strike a balance between preserving historic character and our small-city charm while supporting the area’s strong economic development potential."
