Services for Morrison, Harwood set

A celebration of life to honor John Morrison will be held Thursday, July 10. 

A celebration of life for Frank Harwood will be held July 11. 

Both services will take place at the Hagadone Event Center.

The battalion chiefs were killed in the line of duty June 29 in an ambush attack while responding to a brushfire at Canfield Mountain.

Morrison was with the Coeur d'Alene Fire Department. Harwood was with Kootenai County Fire and Rescue.

"Their loss is deeply felt across the fire service and among all who knew and served alongside them," a press release said.
