ICE: Roundup gang members

Why isn’t ICE doing a roundup of gang members in gang infested areas of various cities? You have burly men, masked, armed and not in uniform taking women, college students and farm workers, yet they don’t go after gang members whose documentation as American citizens might be questioned. Check the FBI website, they have information on gangs. Why isn’t ICE working with the FBI and the local police who know where these violent criminals are? What is becoming scary is that the government is revoking the status of immigrants who have had permanent status and then go after those immigrants as being illegal. What about Jensy Machado, naturalized citizen, detained; Bachir Atallah, a U.S. citizen, detained for hours without explanation; Ramiro Martinez, a U.S. citizen mistakenly detained by ICE or 15 Native Americans questioned by ICE concerning their citizenship status. There have been cases where judges have ordered the release of someone being detained by ICE and ICE refuses to release the person.

In the Big, Beautiful Bill being considered for passage, is Section 70302 which would restrict judges’ authority to issue injunctions. Detention centers refuse duly elected Representatives to inspect the centers. Fifteen Maryland federal judges are being sued by the administration because of their rulings. People wonder how Nazi Germany came to be, well, this how it started, by legally changing the laws or the complete disregard of laws. This is so dangerous when a governmental agency can defy a judge’s order without impunity!
