NIC WRESTLING: Cardinals open 4-0 at NJCAA Coaches Duals

MIAMI, Okla. — North Idaho College opened the NJCAA Coaches Duals tournament a perfect 4-0 on Friday on the campus of Northeast Oklahoma A&M, advancing to the championship bracket later today. 

NIC will face Rochester for seeding in the eight-team championship bracket after beating Snow 31-21, Otero 54-0, Cowley 41-4 and Neosho 49-6. 

“It was a great first day,” NIC coach Derrick Booth said. “The guys wrestled hard and came out and were aggressive from whistle to whistle.”
