Financial adviser joins Stifel in Coeur d’Alene 

Ryan Chapman has joined Stifel’s Coeur d’Alene office as a financial adviser. Born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Chapman is a graduate of Gonzaga University’s business school and has earned Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

He has a strong passion for helping families pursue their financial goals and is determined to provide top-tier service for all of his clients. Outside the office, Chapman is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time on the lake.

Festival at Sandpoint hires development & community engagement coordinator 

The Festival at Sandpoint is excited to welcome Darra Collison to the full-time staff as the organization’s development and community engagement coordinator. 

Having grown up in Sandpoint, Collison is passionate about and has strong ties within the community. 

Collison received her Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from California State University, East Bay. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Change Management from Gonzaga University. 

She is well-versed in effective communication and conflict resolution across critical, cultural, racial, socio-political and gender perspectives. 

“Darra will be an incredible asset to our organization,” said Director of Finance & Development Tess Howell. “We are enthusiastic about how her expertise can help the Festival better fulfill its mission and serve our community.”

Spiker joins Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty welcomes Brittani Spiker to its team of real estate professionals. A North Idaho native, Spiker brings a deep community connection, a passion for helping others, and a unique background in both health care and home construction.

After studying nursing at North Idaho College, she spent years caring for others before stepping back to raise her three children. Now, with her children in high school, she’s excited to launch her real estate career. Growing up around home construction and married to a land developer, Spiker has valuable industry insight that will benefit her clients.
