Coeur d'Alene Casino guests hit record number of jackpots

WORLEY – Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel data shows that visitors to the Coeur d’Alene Tribe-owned entertainment venue hit more jackpots and collected more winnings this year. It is the third year in a row that new highs were set in each statistic.

“They sure are playing and we sure are paying,” said Michelle Whaley, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel video gaming director.

Through November, more than 35,000 jackpots processed by the casino totaled about $80 million. Per month, that’s an average of roughly 3,200 jackpots processed and $7.2 million in winnings paid.

Whaley said the casino’s business objectives for 2025 included processing more jackpots, paying guests more in winnings, and doing so in less time.

“Our research-driven data, innovation, and staff service help make the casino’s video gaming machines more appealing to guests,” she said.

The Coeur d’Alene Casino was named the “Tribal Operator of the Year” in North and South America by SBC Americas in May.

The Coeur d'Alene Tribe has donated more than $37 million to local, state, and regional entities, with a focus on education.
