Kroc Center urges support for Red Kettle Campaign

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Coeur d’Alene is asking for help to close a funding gap through its annual Red Kettle Campaign.

“Every dollar placed in a Red Kettle stays right here in our community and helps meet real, immediate needs,” said Lt. Jeff Boyd, Kroc Center officer. “With Christmas quickly approaching, we are seeing increased need and fewer donations than in years past. Those in need are counting on us and on the generosity of this community.”

The Kroc Center has raised $77,000 toward its $230,000 Red Kettle goal, leaving more than $150,000 still needed to ensure vital services continue into the new year.

All donations to the Red Kettle Campaign stay local, supporting those in need in Kootenai County. Funds support programs for youth, families and seniors.
