IDAHO: Trash, weeds everywhere

We just returned from a trip through North Dakota and Minnesota. The highways were absolutely immaculate. No weeds, no trash, perfect. We got back home and the first thing I notice as I drive up U.S. 95 is that we live in a pig pen. This is embarrassing. Trash all over the place, weeds growing everywhere. Come on people. Stop dumping on our own front porch.
