Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty recently donated $25,000 to Canopy Village North Idaho, an organization dedicated to providing safe and supportive housing for vulnerable youth.

“We are passionate about helping our clients find the perfect place to call home. That same passion drives our support for Canopy Village — giving youth a safe, supportive place to grow and thrive,” CBSR agents Jan Leaf and Stacey Leech stated in a press release.

The contribution will help provide critical housing support for youth in need and highlights the company’s commitment to giving back to the community.

The donation helped kick off the paddle raise at the Canopy Village Summer Soiree, contributing to the organization’s most successful fundraiser to date, with a record-breaking $425,000, topping last year’s total by $100,000.

“We are truly grateful for your incredible gift," said Paul Brown, director of development.

For CBSR, giving back is central to the company’s mission, the release said.

The Leadership Team stated, “Strengthening our communities is core to our mission. Supporting organizations like Canopy Village allows us to invest in the future of North Idaho’s youth and build a stronger, more caring community for everyone.”
