COEUR d'ALENE — A solidarity demonstration is scheduled at the intersection of U.S. 95 and Appleway Avenue from noon to 3 p.m. on Labor Day.
The demonstration is one of many planned across the country in protest of President Donald Trump's administration policies related to Medicaid, Social Security, education, health care and immigration.
As with previous demonstrations, the group is "committed to maintaining peaceful, non-violent events," a press release said.
