VETERANS: CHS football team highlight of parade

It has been a little over a month now since I walked in the Fourth of July parade with the Inland Northwest Pickleball Club. We were directly behind the CHS football team. The boys on the team were going to veterans and first responders in the crowd and every team member was shaking their hand and thanking them for their service. It was a very moving moment for me to watch this during the whole parade. I saw emotion all over the faces of the people who were selected by the CHS team to congratulate for their service to our country. Well done boys; you were the highlight of the parade.
