ROOSEVELT INN: Kudos to the Widmyers

Bill Buley’s story (Aug. 3) outlined the positive final culmination and long-term preservation of the once-threatened Roosevelt Inn.  

Thanks to city staff, the Historic Preservation Commission, and especially the generous community-mindedness of Steve and Marie Widmyer, this beautiful and historic icon will not only be saved but repurposed to serve an acute need in our community.
