July 28

Joel Gomez Plitt, 42, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for driving without privileges, misdemeanor failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia related a controlled substance.

July 29

Luis E. Casarrubias Adame, 27, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for rape.

Joseph Franklin Myers, 36, Colbert, Wash., was arrested and booked for failure to appear, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Edward Ross, 33, was arrested and booked for a probation violation.

July 30

Jordanne Melanie Freese, 29, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for injury to a child, two counts of possession of a controlled substance schedule II and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Mark Eugene Stevenson, 56, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Erin Marnie Tilton, 43, no address known, was arrested and booked for possession of a fictitious bill, possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance and being a fugitive from justice.

Danny Duane Chapman, 54, of Lewiston, was arrested and booked for felony warrant of arrest.

Caleb Anthony Pierre, 22, of Polson, Mont., was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

Justin Eugne Stevenson, 26, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for two counts of possession of controlled substance schedule II, injury to a child, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance and felony unlawful possession of a firearm.
