POLITICS: Are You a CONSERVATIVE or a RINO? Who Decides?

Are you an Idaho conservative Republican? Who decides, or defines, what you are; and what an Idaho conservative is? The simple answer should be that each individual defines who, and what, they are. That is called Freedom.  

Recently, a trend has emerged where a group of highly vocal and politically active people seem to feel that they define what an Idaho conservative Republican is, and who they, with their divinely granted authority, anoint to be their definition of an Idaho conservative Republican. Anyone who does not meet their definition is labeled with derogatory words like RINO, Marxist, Democrat, etc …  

An individual who has been found liable for defamation doesn’t, a group of self-proclaimed “journalists” with social media groups/pages don’t, a bunch of migrants who have fled here and become politically active don’t, and a podcaster, who often talks about the conspiracy of “outside money” coming in to the state, don’t define who is an Idaho conservative Republican. Especially when the Sunshine Report of that podcaster, shows that his Idaho PAC received $271K from a PAC in Dublin, Ohio, in 2022? Yet he says he is against outside money influencing Idaho elections?  

Citizens of Idaho, and North Idaho in particular, please wake up. Please pay attention to who these people really are. Start questioning their motives. If you don’t wake up and get involved, every entity in North Idaho will end up looking like North Idaho College before the new Trustees. Chaos, expensive litigation, incompetent governance that ignores statutes and policies, etc … If you don’t usually vote in the off-year elections, please pay attention and vote. Do you want authoritarianism, or Freedom? That’s not hyperbole.
