Free art show at the fairgrounds next weekend

The Coeur d'Alene Art Association is inviting one and all to its spring show in Building 3 at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds, 4056 N. Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 31 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 1.

Parking and admission will be free.

Guests will enjoy refreshments and live music by Second Time Around as well as meeting local artists and watching demonstrations. Attendees will have opportunities to cast votes for their favorite works and enter raffles for paintings and other gifts. Raffle proceeds will support the Coeur d'Alene Art Association's scholarship fund.
