Kyle Manzardo wasn’t in the lineup for the Cleveland Guardians’ home game vs. the New York Mets, but the former Lake City High star had a big hit in the Guardians’ 6-3 victory.

Manzardo entered the game as a pinch hitter in the seventh inning, and remained in the game at first base. In the eighth, he doubled in a run — his fiftth double, and third RBI since being called up May 6. 

His batting average is up to .211 (8 for 38).
