Coeur d'Alene accepting grant apps

COEUR d'ALENE — The city of Coeur d’Alene is accepting applications for the 2023 and 2024 Community Development Block Grant Program funding cycle of its Community Opportunity Grant. 

Organizations and businesses may apply for a grant for projects and services that benefit low-to-moderate income residents in Coeur d’Alene. 

The grant cycle will have about $200,000 in 2023 available funding and $147,768 from 2024 funding. Requests for grant funds must be at least $35,000.

A workshop on the grant program is scheduled 4 p.m. June 6 at City Hall. Grant proposals are due June 21.
