POST FALLS — Buck Knives will celebrate the grand re-opening of its Buck Factory Store from noon to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

The store is at the Buck Knives manufacturing facility at 660 S. Locsha St., Post Falls.

Beginning in early January, the Buck Factory Store was completely remodeled and is now nearly triple its previous size. It offers customers opportunities to handle and purchase any of the more than 200 different knives, as well as branded accessories, logo apparel, knife care products and one-of-a-kind specialty knives.

In addition to free daily factory tours, visitors can learn about the more than 120-year history of family-owned Buck Knives through an extensive history display and museum.

“The grand re-opening of the Buck Factory Store reinforces the company’s commitment to American manufacturing excellence and is a tribute to the over 300 employees who handcraft some of the world's most famous and respected knives,” Lane Tobiassen, president of Buck Knives, said in a Tuesday news release.

“I’m incredibly proud of the continued growth of the Buck Knives organization," he said. "The Factory Store is a representation of the brand that truly highlights the breadth and quality of Buck’s products."

During the grand re-opening:

• Visitors will have access to discounts and promotions on Buck Knives products.

• Buck Knives experts will be available to share insights into the processes behind knife-making, allowing customers to gain a deeper understanding of Buck Knives' craftsmanship.

• Exclusive limited-edition knives will be released, including special commemorative models.

• Hourly giveaways will be held throughout both days of the event.

• Attendees can enter to win one of four grand raffle prizes.
