Idaho Housing and Finance Association   Notice of HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP) Grant Application Deadline   IHFA is the HUD grantee and administrator for the balance of Idaho’s HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP). This program is a federally funded affordable housing development assistance and supportive services program.   IHFA is now accepting applications from non-profit organizations for general operating, capacity building, and direct supportive services funding.
