Coeur d'Alene High junior earns Congressional Award Silver Medal

Coeur d'Alene High School junior Kyle Rohlinger was awarded the Congressional Award Silver Medal by Congressman Russ Fulcher during a May 18 ceremony in Boise. The Congressional Award Silver Medal has only been received by a handful of students in Idaho. It requires 200 volunteer hours, plus 50 hours each of a physical goal and personal goal as well as a thorough exploration/adventure goal. Six people from Idaho, including Kyle, have earned the Bronze Medal since January 2022 and nine have earned the Silver Medal.
