The Rotary Club of Post Falls' fifth crosswalk with a solar signal light was dedicated to longtime club member Jerry Sinn during a short ceremony Feb. 7.
The flashing signal is on Mullan Avenue, near the Frederick Post Kinder Center and the Post Falls Boys and Girls Club.
The project is funded by the local Rotary Club with a matching grant from the Rotary Foundation and in collaboration with the city of Post Falls. According to Post Falls Rotary President Chad Rittenour, plans for two more River City signals are in the works.
