Road closure announced ahead of Winterfest in Post Falls

POST FALLS — East 4th Ave. between N. Spokane St. and N. Frederick St. will be closed tomorrow, according to the City of Post Falls.
The closure will be in place from 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for the city's annual Winterfest event.
