Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty welcomes new agents

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty is pleased to announce that Toby Leavitt has joined its growing team of real estate professionals. With a diverse background and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals, Leavitt brings fresh energy and a unique perspective to the office.

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Leavitt relocated to the United States in 2017. After more than 18 years in dentistry, she felt called to real estate, embracing her new path since becoming licensed in 2021.

“We are thrilled to welcome Toby Leavitt. Her commitment to personalized service and building client relationships aligns perfectly with our values. We’re confident she’ll bring tremendous dedication to our team," said Robert Brickett, vice president and COO.

Leavitt’s client-first mindset is central to her approach.

“Connecting with clients and turning them into friends is what drives me. I treat each transaction as if it were my own, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish,” she said.

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty also welcomes Mike Lindquist, a lifelong North Idaho resident with a 24-year career in public education, to its team. Lindquist’s background in teaching, coaching and administration in the Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene School districts has equipped him with leadership skills and a passion for fostering positive relationships.

“I’ve always been dedicated to building strong connections and creating a positive culture,” Lindquist said. “Now, I’m excited to apply those principles to real estate in the community I know and love.”

Lindquist earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from the University of Idaho and a master’s in educational leadership from the University of Phoenix. With his local knowledge and leadership experience, he’s well-positioned to guide clients in the rapidly growing Kootenai County area.

“Mike’s leadership and deep roots in the area make him a perfect fit for our team. We’re confident he’ll bring the same passion and dedication to his real estate clients,” Brickett said.

Lindquist recently joined the sales team for Hayden Homes and has found the supportive environment at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty aligns perfectly with his collaborative approach.

“The leadership here is deeply rooted in North Idaho, and that sense of connection was a big factor in my decision to join,” Lindquist said.
