Robert Barlow, 78

Robert Coe Barlow passed away peacefully April 14, 2024. Bob was born Feb. 25, 1946, to Carl (Cotton) Barlow and Johnnie Bruce. Bob grew up in Sandpoint, Idaho. His family moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1962 and he graduated from Cd'A High School in 1964. Bob attended the University of Idaho and Portland State University. He lived in Oregon City, Ore., for the past 21 years. 

Bob is survived by Juanita McMillen, twin brother Bill (Sally) Barlow of Coeur d'Alene and sister Chris (Harry) Driscoll of Gilbert, Ariz. Bob has numerous nieces and nephews, including Tye (Sheryl) Barlow of Sandpoint, Tom (Hannah) Barlow of Vancouver, Wash., Leslie Boyd, Chris Boyd, Katie (Jeff) Smith of Kirkland, Wash., John Windju of Sandpoint and Amy (Sam) Sharwarko of Colorado.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Carol Windju and Mary Boyd and his brothers, James and Tom. 

Bob and Juanita enjoyed sightseeing and traveling throughout the United States. Bob was active on social media, and his outspoken posts and loving comments were missed by many friends and relatives. The family will hold a celebration of his life this summer.
