Wine Extravaganza on Saturday

COEUR d'ALENE — The annual Wine Extravaganza is scheduled 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday in downtown Coeur d'Alene.

Tasting locations will be at businesses including All Things Irish, Bear Cave, Seasons, Art Spirit Gallery and Mix It Up Gift and Mix It Up Home.

There will be wines from the Northwest region and some from the heart of Coeur d'Alene.

Enjoy sips while strolling through local shops as they become pop-up tasting rooms, each showcasing something different, a press release said.

"With over 20 tasting locations, you are sure to find your new favorite," a press release said.

VIP attendees will receive early check-in beginning at noon. New this year will be five VIP tasting venues with samples from boutique wineries and wine paired hors d’oeuvres.
