Idaho Housing and Finance Association Notice of HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP) Grant Application Deadline IHFA is the HUD grantee and administrator for the balance of Idaho’s HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP). This program is a federally funded affordable housing development assistance and supportive services program. IHFA is now accepting applications from non-profit organizations for general operating, capacity building, and direct supportive services funding. Information on HOME ARP can be found in the HOME ARP Administrative Plan: https://www.idahohousing.com/federal-programs/home-arp/ The approximate available funding for the three different grant application(s): Non-profit operating - $400,000 Non-profit capacity building - $825,000 Direct supportive services* - $3,000,000 *Case management, HUD Certified Housing Counseling and Search, and Financial Services are the eligible services. To ensure the requirements of HOME ARP are met, IHFA will require attendance at one (1) grant training workshop.
