The 6-foot freshman forward from Coeur d'Alene High played in all 33 games, all off the bench, and averaged 1.1 points per game for the Cowgirls (18-15), who advanced to the quarterfinals of the Women's National Invitation Tournament.

Cal Baptist stunt

Uemoto, a graduate student from Post Falls High, will compete in the Stunt National Championships on Saturday and Sunday in Lexington, Ky. Cal Baptist, the three-time defending national champion, is 21-0 this season in the competition, which features head-to-head competition between teams who execute skill-based routines in various categories, including partner stunts, jumps and tumbling, pyramids, tosses and team routines.
